So far, everything has been great!

While we haven't had a lot of opportunities yet to enjoy the new couch, delivery, assembly and the initial usage has been great! Assembly was consistent across the various parts which made things go quickly! The couch is comfortable and feels durable - time will tell how it holds up against the elements.We definitely look forward to the modular nature of this couch though and are excited to get use over the coming years!

Four stars, nice decent well priced furniture, with 5 star service from company

I purchased in part due to rave reviews, i'll admit that it was slightly underwhelmed. NOT bad at all, very decent patio furniture and a good price. Cushions are a bit hard, sections slide apart a bit, it's overall solid and nice looking. Covers for all cushions are a nice touch, seems like good material and should wear well. What I will say is that when I couldn't figure out how the plastic connections for each section were to be placed, I received exceptional customer service. A very polite and rapid response, with photos and detailed explanation, and a promise to make it right no matter what. That gave me real confidence in this company and for me that's a huge factor in being able to recommend it.
