Shipping Cost
We only offer shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and all of our products come with FREE SHIPPING.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers Fedex to deliver our furniture products safely and efficiently.
Change of Address
You are able to change your delivery address for free before your order has shipped. The address can't be changed once shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Once your order has been processed successfully and payment has been confirmed, we will initiate the shipping process promptly. Estimated delivery times typically range between 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Our warehouses are based in CA, NJ and GA which means the delivery time may be faster than expected if the shipping address is close to our warehouse and the items are in stock. However, please note that certain circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions or unforeseen logistical constraints) may cause slight delays in deliveries.
Order Tracking:
To keep you informed throughout the shipment journey of your furniture purchase, we provide a convenient tracking system. Once your item is dispatched from our warehouse facility for delivery purposes, you will receive an email containing a tracking number along with instructions on how to track its progress online.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 business days by contacting us and providing some pictures. We will be responsible for the damaged items and offer you best solution we can.
Return & Refunds
At Nicesoul Furniture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not in love with your furniture, we have a hassle-free return policy to make things right.
In the unfortunate event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through sending us email or give us a call. We understand that accidents can happen during transit, and we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly. It's helpful if you can provide a photo of the damage, as it expedites the resolution process.
If you wish to return your furniture, simply send us an email or start a live chat within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it has never been assembled and is in new condition, in its original packaging. We will gladly accept it back and provide you with a refund. Please retain all packaging until you confirm that there will be no need for a return or exchange. Our dedicated team will assist you in coordinating the shipping details for the return.
Once our warehouse receives the returned items, we will process your refund, which will be credited back to your original form of payment, whether it's a credit card or Affirm financing.
